Ilja Felder, a 31-year-old crisis intervention worker, struggles to cope with the bereaved after her son's suicide. He refuses to acknowledge his weakness to his trainer, Nadia, or even to himself. Soon, he's called out alone to his first emergency – a traffic accident in the middle of a stormy night. When the driver who caused the accident turns out to be a suicide victim, Ilja loses his composure. He painfully realizes that he can no longer ignore his behavior and his past.
